Layout Redo Part 1

Did a whole lot of demo last night, decided I didn't like the way the mainline came out of staging with a 1.5 to 2 % grade. Pulled up all the visible track and tore down the fascia and part of the bench work. This will leave some room for a small workbench and a display case on one wall. This time I'm going to follow my track plan to a T. New plan will be posted soon.

Bridge Building

Finally got some time to do some modeling late Saturday afternoon! Started building a Central Valley Bridge that I got for Christmas. Here's a picture of the start of the build.

My resolutions for the Layout in 2012:

1. Finish Level One track work and DCC wiring.
2. Test, Test, and Test track work
3. Level 2 bench work and helix
4. Backdrop and fascia finished on Level 1
5. Scenery???
